Il materiale fotografico inviato deve soddisfare i seguenti criteri:

  • le immagini devono essere inviate nel formato JPEG (estensioni JPEG o JPG) con dimensioni non superiori a 4 Mb e 4000 px lato lungo,
  • se selezionati come finalisti o vincitori, i partecipanti garantiscono di essere in grado di fornire a LATINA MATER i file originali RAW,
  • le foto devono essere state scattate nel corso dell’anno 2022-2023 e devono essere inedite (non devono essere state pubblicate professionalmente o commercialmente),
  • non verranno accettate fotografie con logo, firma, watermark o segni riconoscibili di qualsiasi genere,
  • per facilitare le operazioni di gestione è richiesto di rinominare il file da inviare secondo il seguente schema: Cognome-Nome-Titolo (es. Rossi-Mario-Incanto) e di includere un testo a corredo non superiore a n. 1.000 caratteri (vedi MODULO 2).

Submitted photographic material must meet the following criteria:

  • the image must be sent in JPEG format (JPEG or JPG extensions) with dimensions not exceeding 4 Mb and 4000 px long side,
  • if selected as finalists or winners, participants must be able to provide LATINA MATER with the original RAW file of their image,
  • the photo must have been taken during the year 2022-2023 and must not have been published or used professionally or commercially,
  • photographs with logos, signatures, watermarks or recognisable signs of any kind will not be accepted,
  • in order to facilitate management operations, it is requested to rename the submitted file according to the following scheme: Surname-Name-Title (e.g. Doe-Jane-Enchantment) and to include an accompanying text of no more than 1,000 characters (see FORM 2).
